 The gorgeous American actress/model Katie Holmes was spotted looking absolutely stunning at a rooftop cocktail party.

She opted for a classic white lace piece by Nina Ricci, and glammed up appropriately for the ASP- World Surf League cocktail party on Thursday.

Unlike the model, she modestly wore a slip underneath the garment and wore her hair loose instead of tied back.

I personally think the look would have been a bit cleaner if her hair was tied away, nevertheless she definitely looked beautiful and the dress itself was angelic.

Katie completed the look with plain yet chic T-strap sandals and elegant black eyeliner. As the dress is a classic white, most lip colours would look stylish, and the hint of subtle pink on her lips is super fresh with the outfit.
