Elie Saab has recently exposed his fall/winter 2014-2015 collection, and I must admit, I most certainly am a fan.
All of his pieces were in the loveliest shades -from precious pinks to blushing reds, to deep blues to the purist, wedding white- in combinations of sheer, lace or sprinkled in matching pearls or various crystals to the base colour.
Most of the dresses were long, with the exception of a few above-the-knee pieces. Yet all of them carried a fantastical fairy-tale feel, stemmed from the absolutely stunning designs of which I completely adore.
This is my favourite design. I usually do not particularly like brown, as it can sometimes come across as boring, however Elie has completely changed my views of this colour with this divine ensemble.
The blend of different tones in the skirt is remarkable, and the classic top keeps the look fresh and interesting. Like many other looks on the runway, this dress is paired with fairly minimal hair and makeup that looks clean and sharp, and really proves effective.
