TRENDS: Fringes on clothes
Although some people may associate fringes on clothes with
Western cowboys or something from the Great Gatsby, fringes- whether featured
as tasseled hemlines or ankle straps on shoes, has definitely resurfaced as a
trend during Fashion Week. It emerged on the runways of The Row, Joseph
Altuzarra and Tibi.
